Her tail is the most notable difference about her. Her fire is usually blue with a white center. When she is level 10 she will look older like

Personality: She can be very gullible. She will believe almost anything said instantly, even without proof that it is true. She is also ignorant, for when she "learns" something new, she isn't open to the different and possibly true ideas of another. She acts just as a small child would, probably because of her age. She is usually only ever happy or shy, and lies out of guilt and fear. Because of this, she can be considered Naïve, as she is definitely not the smartest. She believes in supernatural things like luck and curses, and can be easily scared by ghosts and psychics, for fear they would bring bad luck or curse her name. She is a kind of "run right through it" gal, as she rushes through everything she does, whether a mission or a place in general.
History: She was born in a family of genetically engineered Charmanders, modified to improve firepower and heat. Her traits were passed down by generations and generations since the "happening," just as the story of it had.
Initially, the family trusted the scientists, thinking they were helping them and making it easier to survive in the new crazy world takeover. A strange team of people one day approached, and tried to release the Pokemon into the wild, but the Pokemon of the lab refused. After freeing theselves, they wanted revenge. With the modified fire given to the Charmanders, and any other modifications to other Pokemon, they destroyed the place, the special Charfire burning down and attacking the Pokemon-less researchers. The building almost burned down completely in turn. The Pokemon left escaped to the wild finally, their appearance change passed down through generations up to Gable. Through this long-time passing down of genes, eventually the powerful fire returned to its original intensity, only the color remaining the same. Gable often walks back to where the lab once was, now several trees planted around it. Pecha Berry trees, which Gable liked to collect and eat. The young baby Charmander took these with her to eat as she explored the wild, carefully of course, to ensure her parents still let her do so.

Other: Her favorite food is Pecha berries, because they're always sweet. She prefers them for food over other berries.

Your color changing tail is a bit too drastic. If it were permanently a different color then it would be a different story, however changing based on the mood is a bit iffy.

Elaborate on your personality a bit more, it's rather lacking.

This takes place WAY after the event explained in the lore, that isn't even how the event happened. Please go re-read the lore and edit your history accordingly, your charmander's grand parents likely wouldn't have been alive at the time.

Fixed. The only reason why I had her fire color change was because when fire intensity changes, it's color also can change. If it's less intense, which happens to a Charmander when weak, it would actually be a darker red. Science.

Also, the lab incident was supposed to be a different story, since I assumed when things went back to normal, labs would be back up and running, but whatever floats your boat.
